摘要
通过现场录井实践及资料的分析,认为钻井液流量、体积、出入口密度、出入口温度、出入口电导率等钻井液录井参数的变化通常直接反映井下地层流体的活跃程度及井筒压力与地层压力的平衡情况,重视钻井液参数异常的预报,可以避免井喷、井漏等重大事故的发生,及时处理油气侵、盐侵、水侵,为顺利施工创造条件。钻井事故发生的可能性贯穿于钻井作业的整个过程,它是影响井身质量、钻井速度、经济效益和勘探效益的重要因素,也是威胁钻井安全的主要隐患。综合录井使钻井作业的全过程处于仪器的全天候监控之中,实现了对钻井工程异常的连续检测和量化的分析判断,从后期的被动发现到前期的主动预报,并将井涌预报细分为4个阶段;在检测和预报钻井事故、保证钻井安全方面起到了钻井监视器的作用。分析了钻井液相关事故类型与钻井液录井参数响应特征,有利于提高综合录井操作人员的现场技术水平和工程异常预报准确率,可达到保障钻井施工安全、减少投入、提高勘探开发整体效益的目的。
By the analysis of wellsite mud logging time and data,the authors considered that the drilling fluid logging parameters such as drilling fluid flow,volume,in and out density,in and out temperature,in and out conductivity can directly reflect the activity of downhole formation fluid and the balancing condition of borehole formation pressure,and paying attention to the prediction of abnormal drilling fluid can avoid heavy accidents such as blowout and lost circulation,thus dealing with the oil & gas,salt and water invasion in time and providing the condition for successful operation.The capability of the drilling accident occurrences may run through the entire process of the drilling operation,which is not only the significant factor to influence borehole quality,drilling rate and economic & exploration efficiency,but also is the major hidden danger to threaten the drilling safety.The comprehensive mud logging makes the entire drilling operation monitored and controlled all the time to realize the continuous monitoring and quantified analysis and judgment of the drilling engineering abnormality from the passive finding at later stage to the earlier active stage forecasting.The paper analyzed the accident types related and the response features of drilling fluid mud logging parameters,which is beneficial to improve site technical skills of mud logging operators and the accuracy of engineering abnormal prediction,in order to guarantee the drilling construction safety,decrease the cost and increase the overall exploration and development profit.
