测量异步电机q轴漏感的新方法

摘要 异步电机的控制通常会用到其q轴漏感Ls值,电机的漏感参数一般是在电机设计时通过对磁路或磁场进行分析计算获得的,难免存在一定误差,通常电机生产商不会提供电机漏感参数值,因此,利用试验手段对异步电机漏感参数进行测量是很重要的。文章提出了一种测量异步电机q轴漏感Ls的方法,详细论述了此方法的要点和操作过程。试验证明运用本方法可以比较精确地测量出Ls值。 The q-axis leakage inductance Ls is always used in the control of induction motor.The parameters generally come from the analysis and calculation of the magnetic field or magnetic path,so some errors are hard to avoid.It's very important to measure the value of the motor leakage inductance by experiment because the motor manufacturers usually don't provide it.In this article,a method of measuring induction motor q-axis leakage inductance Ls is proposed,and its key points and operation process are introduced.The experimental results prove that this method can accurately calculate Ls.
