摘要
目的观察运动疗法对脑卒中大鼠c-fos表达的即时影响。方法将30只SD大鼠分成空白组、模型组、运动组,每组10只,通过光化学法造成大鼠局灶性缺血模型,采用免疫组化法观察大鼠缺血1d的c-fos表达水平及运动疗法干预后c-fos表达的变化。结果大鼠局灶性缺血1d的c-fos表达升高;运动疗法干预后大鼠c-fos的表达与运动前比较无明显变化。结论运动疗法对脑卒中大鼠缺血1d的c-fos表达影响不显著。
Objective To observe the immediate effect of exercise therapy on the expression of c-fos in cerebral ischemia rats. Methods 30 Sprague-Dawley rats were divided randomly into blank group, model group and exercise group, and each group had 10 rats. Cerebral ischemia model was induced by photochemical method. The c-fos expression after rat ischemia 1 d and the change of c-fos expression in rats after intervened by exercise therapy were detected by immunohistochemical method. Results The c-fos expres- sion was increased after rat ischemia 1 d, but the c-los expression in rats did not change significantly after intervened by exercise therapy. Conclusion Exercise therapy had no significant influence on the expression of c-fos in rats after ischemia 1 d.
