摘要
目的研究粗疣合叶苔内生真菌的体外抗氧化作用。方法以2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚(BHT)、L-抗坏血酸(VitC)为对照,采用DPPH法测定粗疣合叶苔中的49株内生真菌的抗氧化活性。结果具有抗氧化活性的菌株6株,其中活性菌株T24、T38、T44对DPPH自由基有较强的清除作用,半数抑制浓度IC50为8.493、14.366、18.349μg/mL。结论粗疣合叶苔含有抗氧化活性的内生真菌,是筛选天然生物活性成分或先导化合物的潜在资源。
Objective To investigate the antioxidation of endophytic fungi from Scapania verrucosa Heeg. in vitro. Methods Butylated hydroxytoluene and ascorbic acid were used as control, and the antioxidant activity of 49 strains of endophytic fungi from Scapania verrucosa Heeg. were analyzed by DPPH. Resuits Six strains of endophytic fungi had the antioxidant activity, in which strain T24, T38, T44 had good scavenging effect on DPPH free radical, and the IC50 were 8.493, 14.366, 18.349 μg/mL respectively. Conclusion Some endophytic fungi from Scapcutia verrucosa Heeg. have the antioxidant activity, and could be used as the potential resource for screening natural bioactivity constituents and lead compounds.
