摘要
随着高等教育规模不断扩大和我国区域发展不平衡,导致地方性本科院校在地处区域、办学经费、人才引进、政策倾斜等方面存在不足,以至该类院校的大学生在素质培养方面还不够健全,导致该类院校大学生在待人接物、就业面试等方面处于弱势地位,从而引发出很多不良的方面。据此,高校工作中必须要认真研究地方性本科院大学生综合素质培养工作,以加强大学生自身素质建设和各方面的竞争能力。
With the growing scale of higher education and unbalanced regional development in China,leading to local universities in the located region,school funding,talent introduction,policy preferences,such as deficiencies,as well as training of students of such institutions in employment market in a weak position,thus initiates the bad aspect.Accordingly,in the university work must study the local undergraduate course courtyard university student overall quality raise work earnestly,strengthens the university student own quality construction and various aspects competitive ability.
