摘要
在分析现有CAD二维参数化设计、三维参数化设计以及三维重建方法的基础上,基于工程图图形的整体宏观性、图形拓扑性及三维视图的投影规律,提出了二维视图特征的概念及一种新的工程图处理方法.通过对三维视图中相关二维视图特征的识别与匹配,完成三维基本特征体素的提取及特征链的建立,重建该工程图的三维特征模型,并确定工程图的二维模型与三维特征模型之间的对应关系,由二维视图特征与三维特征体素的联系实现尺寸驱动的多视图参数化、三维参数化与三维重建的统一处理.该方法简单实用,实验结果证明了该方法的可靠性和有效性.
After investigating the merits of current CAD techniques for parametric design and three dimensional reconstruction,this paper proposes a new concept of 2D view features based on the global macroscopical structure,topological structure of engineering drawings and the projection rule of 3D features on the three orthegonal view plane.By recognizing and matching the respective 2D view features(2D main features,2D subordinate features) from the three projection views, it can get the corresponding 3D basic features and builds the feature chain,so a 3D feature base model is established. With the relation between 2D view features and 3D basic features,an integrated algorithm for multi view parametric driven by dimensions, 3D parametric and 3D reconstruction is developed. The method based on 2D view features is simple and practical.
