摘要
目的讨论应用多西紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗非小细胞肺癌患者的毒副反应及相关的临床护理方法。方法回顾性分析2004年-2009年间本院收治的55例非小细胞肺癌患者的化疗及临床资料。结果除3人外，全部患者均完成了全部的化疗过程。根据实验结果可以看出。主要不良反应为骨髓抑制及消化道反应。结论应用两种药物进行化疗对非小细胞肺癌进行治疗的时候，通过良好的护理可以使化疗顺利完成，改善化疗效果，加速患者的康复。
Objective To discuss the application of docetaxel and cisplatin in the treatment of patients with non-small cell lung toxicity and related clinical nursing. Methods Retrospective analysis of 2004 and 2009 in our hospital 55 patients were treated non-small cell lung cancer chemotherapy and clinical data. Results 3, all patients had completed a full course of chemotherapy. According to the experimental results that the main adverse reactions were myelosuppression and gastrointestinal reactions. Conclusion The two kinds of chemotherapy drugs to treat non-small cell lung cancer when, through good care can make the successful completion of chemotherapy, to improve the effect of chemotherapy, accelerate rehabilitation.
