摘要
在气固两相实验台上采用三维PDA系统对径向浓淡旋流煤粉燃烧器及蜗壳燃烧器出口的气固流动特性进行了试验,发现前者在中心回流区边缘附近形成了较高的颗粒浓度,中心回流区中颗粒浓度也较大,后者在中心回流区及边缘附近颗粒浓度较小,壁面区域则较大。分析了两相流动特性对燃烧器性能的影响,并通过工业试验进行了验证,表明径向浓淡旋流煤粉燃烧器是一种同时具有高效、稳燃、低污染、防止结渣和防止高温腐蚀的新一代旋流燃烧器。
Using a three component PDA system, experiments in the near burner characteristics of gas particle flows with the RBC burner and the volute burner have been done in a gas particle two phase test facility, we find: with the RBC burner, particle concentration is much higher near the edge of the Central Recirculation Zone(CRZ), and so it is in the CRZ, on the contrary, with the volute burner, particle concentration is much lower near the edge of the CRZ and in the CRZ, it is much higher in the wall zone. Influence of two phase flow characteristics on the burner's ability has been analysed, and industry experiments show the RBC burner is the new generation one which simutaneously has the ability of high combustion efficiency, flame stability, low NOx emission and resistance to slagging and temperature corrosion.
