摘要
在静态学研究的基础上,考察了D315、D301、335、D3454种树脂对酒石酸、氯离子的动态交换吸附性能及其选择性能;选择D315树脂作为分离介质,探讨了pH值、初始Cl-和SO2-4浓度、流速等因素对交换吸附容量的影响,确定了离子交换法分离酒石酸的工艺路线及条件。
Based on the previous experiments the feasibility of separation of tartaric acid and Cl - by ion exchange method was discussed. The dynamic exchange, the absorption property and the selective property for tartaric acid and Cl - of four type weakly basic anion exchange resins D301, D315, 335 and D345 were investigated, and D315 resin was adopted in this separation process. Meanwhile, the influcing factors, such as pH value, initial concentration of Cl - and flow rate were studied and the process route and conditions were suggested in this paper.
