摘要
:配电网络重构是降低网损、提高电网运行经济性和供电可靠性的主要途径之一.在满足各种运行约束条件下,以网损最小或可靠性最高为目标的配电网重构问题是一个典型的非线性整数组合优化问题.根据配电网特点,提出了改进的遗传算法(ImprovedGeneticAlgorithm-IGA),IGA采用新型编码方案,在编码阶段即防止了环网和“孤岛”出现,提高了求解效率,并在此基础上改进了交叉和变异算子.此外IGA引入了模拟退火算法以提高算法局部搜索能力.算例结果表明,IGA在配电网重构中是可行、有效的.
Power distribution system reconfiguration is one of the major ways to network loss reduction and system reliability enhancement. With all kinds of operation restrictions, it is a typical nonlinear integer combinative optimum problem. An improved genetic algorithm (IGA) was developed in this paper. IGA adopted a new type encoding method and improved on the genetic operators to improve the computation efficiency. Moreover, a simulated annealing method was introduced to IGA to promote the local search capacity. The results of a 33 node example distribution system solved by IGA indicate the feasibility and validity of applications of IGA in distribution system reconfiguration.
