摘要
简介了复合齿轮泵结构原理并约定了有关概念;根据齿轮泵流量特性与啮合点位移基础理论,分析了中心轮和惰轮齿数特性对复合齿轮泵诸啮合点及位移影响;进一步分四种情况研究了啮合点运动规律和泵的流量特性,推导了流量脉动率公式,得出有关结论。
There is a summary about
the principles of the structure of the compound gear pump with the relevant comcepts defined.
The effects from the numbers of control wheel and idler pulley on pump's engaging point are
analyzed according to the flow characteristics of compound gear pump and the principle of shift
of engaging point. And the laws of the movement of engatging points are studied further
according to four different kinds of condition. The formulas of the flow pulse rate and some
conclusion derived from that can be taken as the reference for further research.
