摘要
用荧光探针法研究了云芝糖肽、灵芝多糖和香菇多糖与DNA的相互作用以了解它们防癌抗癌的效用。结果表明,这三种多糖都能与DNA相互作用,其中灵芝多糖效果最佳,云芝多糖效果次之,香菇多糖效果居后。
The interaction of polysaccharide-peptide of coriolus versicolor, polysaccharide of Ganoderma and Lentinan with DNA was studied by fluorescence probe Method, in order to understand their preventive effect of cancer and anticancerous effect. The experimental results indicated that these polysaccharides can all interact with DNA. Among them, effect of polysaccharide of Ganoderma is the strongest, effect of polysaccharide-peptide of coriolus versicolor is secondary, effect of Lentinan is the weakest.
