摘要
在知识经济中，与信息传播密切相关的科技期刊正朝着电子化的方向发展，并发挥着越来越重要的作用。从构成知识经济的３要素，即知识创新、知识传播、知识应用的角度，系统论述了科技期刊的发展、经营、传播等方面的变化及其对知识创新。
Science_technology periodical is an important information carrier,which is relate to knowledge communication.Sci_tech journal is an important juncture of the chain of intellectual_economy.Electronic publication became the motive force promoting the development of sci_tech journal for intellectual_economy.Intellectual_economy is consists of three key elements:intellectual creation,intellectual communication,intellectual application.Some views about how sci_tech periodicals adapt the change of development,management,betterization etc.,and the relationship between sci_tech periodicals and intellectual_economy.
