用TPD、XRD、IR和ESR等方法考查了金属原子对P-V催化剂中未知相的形成和酸性的影响。原子比为1:1的P-V催化剂中的未知相,是由前驱体(VO)_2P_2O_7·2H_2O或(VO)_2P_2O_7(B相)在活化过程中形成的。过量的磷(例如原子比为1.15的P-V)和Fe、Co等原子有稳定前驱体和B相的作用,所以P-V(原子比为1.15)和Fe-P-V、Co-P-V中没有未知相。由于未知相的存在,催化剂比表面积下降、L酸强度低、L酸和B酸的酸中心数也少。L酸的强度和酸中心的数量同催化反应结果有良好的相关性。
The influence of various metal promoters on the unknown phase and the acidity of P-V catalysts were investigated by means of TPD, XRD, IR and ESR. The unknown phase is converted from precursor, (VO)_2P_2O_7.2H_2O or B-phase, (VO)_2P_2O_7, during the activation of catalysts. Excessive phosphorus (such as P-V atomic ratio being 1.15) and Fe or Co atom have a stabilization effect on the precursor or B-phase. As a result of the presence of unknown phase, the specific surface area of the catalyst is reduced and the strength and number of L acid sites are decreased. The strength and amount of L acid sites correlate well to the results of catalytic reaction.
