基于改进MPEG-7纹理特征的绝缘子图像识别 被引量:31

摘要 绝缘子的良好状态保障着电力系统的安全运行,绝缘子的状态监控也是未来电力系统智能监控中的一个重要问题,因此开发无人飞行器的输电线路巡视系统具有重要的意义。笔者首先在分析数字图像预处理方法的基础上,采用图像灰度化、对比度增强和图像去噪三个步骤对绝缘子图像进行预处理;随后利用MPEG-7边缘直方图法对绝缘子纹理特征提取与识别,并在此基础上对原始的MPEG-7边缘直方图进行优化和改进,很大程度上提高了识别的准确性。大量实验结果表明,该方法能在稍复杂背景下有效的识别出图片中绝缘子。 The working status of insulators guarantees the safe-running of power system.Because the supervisory and control of insulator state is very important for intelligent control of power system in future,it is significant to development patrol power transmission line system with UAV.In this thesis,several methods to preprocess insulator images are firstly confirmed by analyzing different kinds of image preprocessing techniques,which are graying pictures,boosting up contrast and eliminating noise;secondly,texture feature extraction and recognition of insulator by edge histogram descriptor of MPEG-7 algorithm;and then,optimization and improvement of MPEG-7 algorithm yo the initial MPEG-7 have made to improve the recognition accuracy.A large number of experimental results show that the new method has the ability to identification insulator in slightly complex background picture.
