输电线路典型覆冰事故及防治技术分析 被引量:44

摘要 输电线路覆冰严重威胁了电力系统的运行安全。在总结中国输电线路典型覆冰事故的基础上,对中国输电线路覆冰事故特点、事故原因及防治技术措施进行了总结分析。分析结果表明:中国输电线路覆冰事故具有覆盖面积大、机械故障和电气故障并存等特点;严重覆冰引起过荷载、不平衡张力、覆冰闪络及导线舞动是造成覆冰事故的主要原因;防冰除冰、防覆冰闪络及防覆冰舞动是防治输电线路覆冰事故的主要技术方向。 Atmospheric ice deposits on transmission lines are of great danger to the security of service of electrical power system.Based on several typical severe ice accidents occurring in China,this paper summarizes and analyzes the characteristics,reasons and preventing techniques of severe ice accidents.The results show that the ice accidents occurring in China have such characteristics as large coverage area,coexistence of mechanical failures and electrical failures,etc.Overload caused by the severe icing,tensile force difference caused by asymmetrical icing or asynchronous ice shedding,ice flashovers,and conductor galloping are the main reasons for ice accidents.Anti-icing,anti-flashovers,and anti-galloping are the main technical orientation of preventing transmission lines from severe ice accidents.
