摘要
传统的铝合金铬酸盐化学转化毒性大,对人体和环境有伤害。钴盐转化处理是一项无铬转化新技术,可以替代六价铬转化技术,应用前景广阔。介绍了钴盐无铬化学转化技术发展概况、成膜机理、工艺沿革、转化膜组成和结构,提出了新型钴盐无铬转化技术应在三价钴配体、协同金属离子、促进剂、水溶性有机物等方面进行深入研究,以优化槽液的使用性能,提高转化膜的耐腐蚀性和附着力。
A review was provided of the development outline,film-formation mechanism and history of chromium-free cobalt salt chemical conversion technique,as well as composition and structure of conversion coatings.It was pointed out that conventional chromate chemical conversion fluids for Al alloys were toxic and caused damage to human and environment.Chemical conversion technique based on cobalt salts could be adopted as a new Cr-free conversion technique to replace hexavalent Cr conversion technique,showing promising application.Besides,it was supposed to further study novel Cr-free cobalt salt conversion technique for Al alloys in relation to trivalent cobalt ligand,coordinated metal ions,oxidizing agents and water-soluble organic compounds so as to optimize the properties of the conversion fluid and improve the adhesion to substrate and corrosion resistance of the conversion coatings.
