摘要 探讨Tencel维纶混纺高强织物的生产技术要点。针对织物高强、耐磨、透气的特殊使用要求,在优选原料和纺纱工艺以保证成纱质量的基础上,整经工序采用"小张力,中车速"的工艺;浆纱工序改进浆料配方,采用"两高一低"上浆工艺并严格控制浆纱张力;织造工序合理设置喷气织机工艺参数,使产品各项质量指标都达到了使用要求,织机效率达95%,坯布下机一等品率达85%。 Key points of producing Tencel vinylon blended high strength fabric were discussed. According to fabric special using demands, on the base of optimizing raw material and spinning processing to ensure finish yarn quality, processing of less tension and middle machine speed was adopted in warping process. Sizing instruction was modified, processing of higher pressure & higher concentration & lower viscosity was adopted and sizing tension was controlled strict- ly. Processing parameter of air jet loom should be set rationally in weaving process to ensure product indexes reach using demands ,loom efficiency could be reached 95% ,first grade percentage before cloth repairing could be reached 85%.
