摘要
目的:探讨骨纤维结构不良的发病机理。方法:应用免疫组化ABC法研究37 例骨纤维结构不良中cfos的表达情况。结果:实验组中单发型31 例、多发型6 例;病灶周围骨组织9 例及正常皮、松质骨11 例共20 例作对照组。37 例中cfos 阳性表达35 例,与对照组相比差异有显著性( P< 0-01) 。单发与多发型的阳性表达率差异无显著性(P< 0-05)。结论:cfos 癌基因的过度表达在骨纤维结构不良的发生发展中起重要作用。
Objective:To investigate the pathogenesis of fibrous dysplasia.Methods:Using the ABC immunohistochemistry method,the authors studied the expression of proto-oncogene c fos in 37 patients with fibrous dysplasia.Results:Thirty one had monostotic fibrous dysplasia and six had polyostotic fibrous dysplasia in experiment.9 cases of bone tissue around the disease location and 11 cases of normal cortical or cancellous bone had control groups.35 cases had positive expression of c fos in 37 patients. There was a significant difference between experimental and control groups( P <0.01) Positive rate between monostitic and polyostotic fibrous dysplasia hadn't significant difference( P >0.05).Conclusion: Increased expression of proto oncogene c fos plays an important role in the occurence and development of fibrous dysplasia.
