摘要
分析了19所较有代表性的高校图书馆网站开展FAQ服务现状,并就现阶段我国高校图书馆开展FAQ服务提出了建议,如组织与建设FAQ库等。
After an analysis of the status quo of FAQ network service in 19 college and university libraries, the author proposed some suggestions for carrying out FAQ network service in college and university libraries, such as development of FAQ database.
