摘要
激励理论是管理学中的基础理论,它揭示了人的个体行为和组织行为,以及个体需求和组织目标之间的关系,任何组织无论采取何种管理模式都十分重视激励手段的采用。团队管理模式是近年在企业管理中普遍采取的一种新的管理模式,尽管团队管理具有与传统职能管理截然不同的特点,但团队管理中同样非常重视团队激励,不同的激励理论对团队激励有什么影响,在团队激励中如何更好的应用各种激励理论,以达到团队的激励目标,正是为各界所关注的。
The motivation theory is the foundation of management theory. It reveals the relationship between individual behavior and organizational behavior,as well as individual needs and organizational objectives. Whatever the management model organization uses,the method of incentives is very important. Team management is a new management model which is generally adopted in the enterprise management in recent years. The team management which also attaches great importance to the motivation has the distinct characteristics compared with the traditional management. The paper will focus on the different effects on team incentive by different motivation theories and how to improve the effectiveness of team incen-tive.
