摘要
企业绩效是经营管理相关者一直关注的主题,《绩效主义毁了索尼》一文引起学界对企业绩效的再思考。基于复杂科学管理分析企业复杂系统的特性,结合协同学理论研究表明企业自组织模式是系统的主序参量,是决定企业绩效的慢变量;企业系统对资源的整合模式、优势资源是系统的次序参量,是影响企业绩效的关键因素;并根据主次序参量分析提升企业绩效的途径。
Enterprise performance is focused on by operation managers,especially after"Does Performancism Destroy SONY?"is published. The characteristics of enterprise as a kind of complex systems are analyzed from the view of Complex Science Management. In combination with the theory of Synergetics,the research shows that the self-organization mode of enterprise system is the slow variable and the main order parameter which decides enterprise performance. In addition,the integration mode of enterprise resources and the competitive advantage resources are the minor order parameters which affect enterprise performance. Moreover,the ways to improve enterprise performance persistently are discussed in the paper.
