摘要
基于有限体积法,选用标准湍流模型来封闭RANS方程,采用可伸缩壁面函数来处理近壁区的流动,对某型号混流泵出水弯管的设计方案进行了全三维流场解析,获得了弯管内的流动信息,分析了弯管内的水力损失和水力效率。根据流场解析结果结合工程实际确定了出水弯管的结构形式并进行水力优化。该研究对采用CFD方法指导工程实际具有指导意义。
Based on the FVM(Finite Volume Method),standard turbulent model was used to close the RANS(Reynolds Average Navier-Stokes Equations) equations and scaleable wall function was adopted to treat the flow near wall,the flow pattern within the discharge elbow of a certain mixed flow pump was simulated.The hydraulic loss and efficiency of different scheme of the discharge elbow were analyzed.Based on the numerical simulation and practical engineering,the shape of the discharge elbow was proposed and optimized.
