摘要
目的:统计分析药品不良反应报告的基本状况,为进一步合理用药提供参考。方法:对ADR报告表进行统计分析。结果:142例ADR中涉及的药品46个品种,抗感染药居首位。在引起ADR药物的给药途径中静脉给药为124例,占总例数的86.7%。结论:重视ADR监测和报告工作,加强对患者用药过程观察,合理使用抗感染药及中药注射剂,避免或减少ADR重复发生。
Objective ：The statistical analysis of reports of adverse drug reactions is to provide a reference for further ra- tional drug use. Methods：To analyze ADR reporting forms statistically. Results：ADR in 142 cases involves 46 varieties of drugs, which anti-infective drugs account for the highest. ADR caused by administration of intravenous drugs covers 86.7% of the total number of cases. Conelusion：ADR monitoring and reporting work must be paid more attention to, in- spection of medicine using courses shall be strengthened, anti-infective agents and Chinese medicine injections shall be rationally used in order to avoid or reduce the ADR recurrence.
