摘要
提出一种基于B-Rep的算法,利用法向矢量检验碰撞干涉,用于数控加工过程仿真。本算法较好地解决了刀具过切、少切,以及刀具与工作台、夹具的碰撞,刀具碰伤工件成形表面等数控加工中较难解决的问题。仿真实践证明具有运算速度快,检验效率高等特点。
In this paper, the collision and interferencedetection algorithm based on B-Rep used for numericalcontrol machining process simulation is present. The algorithm solves the problems in numerical control machining, such as overcutting, undercutting, tool coming intocollision with the pallet and fixture, tool bruising theworkpiece surface. Several experiments show that theproposed algorithm has the advantages of fast operationand high detecting efficiency.
