摘要
本文对桑叶多糖提取工艺进行了优化。水提工艺研究采用正交实验,对提取时间、提取次数和溶媒倍数等因素进行考察,确定多糖水提工艺法的最佳条件为:加水倍数25:1、提取时间为60min、提取次数为3次。醇沉工艺通过正交实验考察浓缩比例和乙醇含量两个因素,确定醇沉工艺条件为V浓缩液/桑叶m=2:1、乙醇含量为60%。
Method of orthogonal test was employed to study and optimize the extraction process of polysaccharide from mulberry leaves.The result showed that the optimum extraction conditions for water-extracting methods are 25-fold water,60minutes of extraction duration,and 3 times of extraction.For the alcohol-extracting methods,the optimum conditions are V/M=2:1 and 60% of alcohol content.
