摘要
通过对奥林匹克公园和北京市主要干道的无障碍设施所进行的实地调研,了解到目前无障碍设计标准实施的基本情况良好,同时也发现,若以"使用者"的体验为角度,现有无障碍设计仍然存在着问题。从现象开始,找出问题,剖析原因,认为其症结主要存在于标准制订、管理维护、价值意识和传统观念4个方面,并试图找到一个使无障碍设施运作起来,让无障碍设计成为真正没有障碍的沟通模式。
Based on the investigation,it found that the barrier-free design had been popularized,but the effect was not perfect.Starting from the phenomena under investigation,it tried to find out the problems and the reasons.Actually,the sticking points were hidden in the standard establishment,management and maintenance,consciousness of value and traditional ideas.In order for barrier-free design to take effect,the standard constitutors,managers,implementers and maintainers should make a concerted effort together to improve the situation.
