未来指向动机与自我调节学习的研究及启示 被引量:4

摘要 在当前的有关学习动机的研究中,值得关注的是对未来指向动机与自我调节的研究。该研究反映了未来指向动机与自我调节过程能够将行为的未来意义和当前的自我调节过程联系起来。说明个人未来目标、近期亚目标系统为个人的当下行为构建了一种意义和价值体系,并对行为进行激励和调节。在课程教学中,应将个人未来目标和近期亚目标(课程成就)、任务目标(作业水平)联系起来,通过发挥任务的功用性价值对行为进行激励和自我调节。
