Twist在前列腺癌中研究进展

摘要 前列腺癌（PCa）是男性泌尿生殖系统的最常见肿瘤。PCa的发病率和病死率存在明显的地区差异,美国、北欧、西欧和澳洲是PCa的高发地区,而亚洲和北非是相对低发地区。在欧洲,PCa在常见男性恶性肿瘤中发病率、死亡率排第二位。在美国,前列腺癌的发病率排第一位，死亡率仅次于肺癌。但前列腺癌低发地区从20世纪70年代起发病率也有大幅度上升的趋势。中国1993年PCa发生率为1．71人／10万人口，病死率为1．2人／10万人口．
