摘要
辅助动力装置(APU)的安装对其工作性能、系统重量、振动与噪声、维修性等有着重要的影响,设计简洁、可靠的安装系统是APU系统设计的一个重要目标。对民用飞机APU安装系统的设计流程和方法进行了介绍,并分析了APU安装系统设计要求以及安装系统设计流程。讨论了安装系统设计过程中关于拉杆布置形式及其传力分析、隔振器设计、安装节设计的一般设计要求与设计分析方法,为APU安装系统的方案设计与详细设计提供参考。
Due to the strong effect of APU mount system on APU performance,system weight,vibration,noise and maintenance,it became a basilic aim to design a compact and reliable mount system.This paper was a survey of design requirement,process and methods for commercial aircraft APU mount system.In addition,the mount system configuration,load path,isolator performance,bracket design methods were detailed discussed.This paper provided a recommendation of APU mount system configuration design and system detail design.
