摘要
大学生志愿者社会责任感的培养受志愿者自身素质、自然环境、社会环境等内外因素的影响。应通过实践磨炼、信念铸造及习惯凝化来促进大学生志愿者社会责任感的培养。大学生志愿者优良的社会责任感有利于促进志愿者活动质量的提高、加深服务对象与大学生志愿者之间的感情、树立其良好的志愿服务形象,提升大学生志愿者个人的综合素质。
The cultivation of university students＇ social responsibility awareness is affected by the natural environment, social environment, volunteers, etc, which are internal and external factors. The cultivation of university students＇ social responsibility awareness should be promoted by practice toughening, beliefs forming and habit reinforcing. It is of benefit for the improvement of the volunteer-activities＇ quality, the development of affection between the service subjects and university students volunteers, the establishment of sound image of volunteers and the promotion of personal comprehensive qualities of university student volunteers.
