摘要
为了提高医院经营管理水平,增强竞争力,走优质、高效、低耗的可持续发展之路,开展医院绩效评价已是当务之急。本文分析了目前医院绩效评价的实际状况和存在问题,指出了绩效评价的目的,详细地介绍了我院绩效评价的方法,通过科学地选取考核指标,建立完善的考核体系,使绩效考核真正落到了实处,收到了良好的效果。
It is an urgent priority to carry out performance appraisal in hospital for improving managerial skill, reinforcing competitive strength, running high quality and performance and low consumption. In this text, we analysis performance appraisal status and problem, and point out the purpose of performance appraisal, and introduce the methods of performance appraisal in detail. In addition, we seriously choose the index of performance assessment, and establish complete examination system, and really fulfill performance assessment, and receive favorable results.
