摘要
屋面工程在防水耐用年限内就出现渗漏水现象已属建筑工程质量通病之一论述了引起渗漏水的内外原因及机理，提出了生态种植屋面复合排水呼吸系统的新理念，通过简单构造措施既可达到屋面防渗漏的目的，又可达到净化美化环境的目的其中屋面防水换气导水技术已应用且解决了多项屋面漏水工程的修复。
One of usual problems of architecture engineering quality is leakage within duration of water tight layers.This paper summarizes and discusses internal and external causes and mechanisms,and presents a new theory,that is,a system of roofing drainage and respiration with ecological plantation.Simple constructions are provided for both roofing water proofing and purification of environment.The technology of roofing waterproofing with floating air and conducting water has been successfully applied to the renovation of some leak roofing engineerings ,which demonstrates the development of this system possesses great vitality.
