摘要
城市供水管理应急体系是社会保障体系中保障城市居民生活、工业和第三产业用水安全的重要组成部分。本文从供水应急体系建设进行论述，为城市供水应急体系的建设提供一定的参考。
Urban water supply emergency management system which is to protect water safty in urban life, industry and tertiary industry is an important part of social security system. The layout objectives, principles to be followed, organizational structure （including hardware and software） of water supply emergency management system were discussed in this article respectively, provide a reference for the construction of urban water supply emergency management system.
