摘要本文从鱼类的蛋白质需求、植物蛋白源对鱼类生长的影响等方面阐述了植物蛋白源在鱼类配合饲料中的应用。The protein requirement of fish, the affect of plant protein source on growth of fishes and its application in fish feed were reviewed in the article.
