摘要 针对某电站1 025 t/h锅炉进行了优化燃烧调整试验,分析了氧量、一次风流量、配风方式、燃烧器摆角和磨煤机组合方式等参数变化对锅炉效率及NOx排放的影响;在优化试验的基础上,进行了对比试验.结果表明:低氧方式运行、合理的燃尽风配比、合适的磨煤机组合方式和燃烧器摆角,既可以提高锅炉效率又可以降低NOx的排放,使锅炉在最佳状态下运行. Adjusting tests were carried out for optimal combustion of a 1 025 t/h boiler in certain power station.The effects of oxygen content,flow rate of the primary air,mode of air distribution,tilting angle of burner and combination mode of coal mills on boiler efficiency and NO_x emission were analyzed.On the basis of the optimizing test,contrast tests were conducted.Results show that operation at low oxygen content,reasonable ratio of over fired air,proper combination mode of coal mills and tilting angle of burner can not only improve boiler efficiency but also decrease NO_x emission,so that boiler can run at the optimum condition.
