摘要 综述了不同样品(尿液、血液、生物培养液等)中短链脂肪酸的测定方法,讨论了气相色谱、高效液相色谱、毛细管电泳、原子吸收分光光度测定方法的优缺点,并讨论了短链脂肪酸在营养生理、疾病以及肠道菌群中的应用研究进展. This review focuses on the methods for extraction of short-chain fatty acids in different samples such as fecesurine,blood and culture solutions by distillation,high speed centrifugation,liquid-solid extraction,solid phase microextration,supercritical fluid extraction and liquid phase microextraction and determination by gas chromatography,high performance liquid chromatography,capillary electrophoresis and atomic Absorption spectrometry.And discuss that application advance of SCFA in the Nutrition physiological functions,disease(clinical applications) and intestinal flora.
