摘要
通过比较常年习练太极拳老年女性和无锻炼习惯老年女性的骨强度、骨密度以及骨代谢调节水平,发现:太极拳运动能够有效改善老年女性股骨和腰椎的骨密度,提高跟骨的骨强度,提高骨代谢调解水平,全面改善骨健康状况。提示:太极拳是适合老年女性锻炼的有益运动,对预防和延缓骨质疏松症发生,提高老年人健康素质有积极的意义。
The paper explores the bone strength,bone mineral density(BMD) and bone metabolic level of shadowboxing practitioners and non-practitioners of senior females.It finds that shadowboxing movements can effectively improve the senior female's bone mineral density in femur and lumbar spine,increase their bone strength and bone metabolic level and comprehensively improve the bone health.It indicates that the shadowboxing is a positive exercise for senior females.It can prevent and delay the occurrence of osteoporosis and improve the quality of the health of senior female.
