摘要
目的:通过递增负荷跑台实验建立运动性贫血大鼠的模型,同时观测和评定运动性贫血大鼠血清Fe、Zn和Ca的变化。探索运动性贫血的早期发生时上述微量元素的变化规律,为竞技体育运动员大强度训练后微量元素的补充提供科学参考依据,同时为运动性贫血的早期诊断提供一定参考。结果:运动性贫血造模过程中,对照组和造模组大鼠血液中Fe浓度随周龄增长均明显上升,对照组较造模组明显。造模前后大鼠血液中Zn和Ca浓度造模前后没有明显改变。
objective:The purpose of this research was to monitor and evaluate the dynamic changes of these three elements(Fe,Zn and Ca)periodically by building an animal model of sports anemia.The paper studies the regularity of the changes to provide reference for the diagnoses of sports anemia in the future and propose suggestions for the athletes to supply some nutrient elements in the time during long-term exhaustive training.Results: by comparing with the control group,the paper found that the trend of Fe,Zn and Ca in serum of rats had respective characteristics: Fe in serum of rats in the sports anemia group and the control group increased obviously,but Fe in serum of rats in the sports anemia group was less obviously compared with control group,while Zn and Ca have no significant changes.
