摘要
目的探讨外科手术切口感染的相关危险因素,为预防切口感染制定对策,降低切口感染率。方法对医院发生外科手术切口感染的病例进行调查和统计分析。结果外科手术切口感染与患者的原发基础疾病、年龄、季节、手术性质、切口暴露时间、围手术期用药等因素相关。结论必须采取切实的防治对策,预防与控制手术切口感染。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the risk factors of incision infection in surgical operation to institute strategy of prevention and cut down the infection rate of incisional wound.METHODS The cases with incision infection in surgical operation were investigated and analyzed statistically.RESULTS The risk factors of incision infection in surgical operation were linked with the underlying diseases,age,seasons,kinds of operation,exposure time of incision and perioperative medication.CONCLUSIONS Preventive measures should be taken to prevent and control incision infection in surgical operation.
