配药注射器使用时间与细菌污染相关性研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的研究临床配药注射器使用后细菌污染状况,明确注射器启封后的有效使用时间。方法对10个临床科室的700具注射器于启封后随机分为配制抗菌药物药液组与非抗菌药物药液组,并于7h内每隔1h随机采样进行细菌检测。结果启封后配制抗菌药物药液组和非抗菌药物药液组4h内均无细菌生长,配制抗菌药物药液组5、6、7h阳性率分别为2.00%、8.00%、22.56%(P<0.05);配制非抗菌药物药液注射器5、6、7h阳性率分别为28.00%、40.45%、62.00%(P<0.05)。结论配药注射器使用后细菌污染与使用时间有明显的相关性,配药注射器启封后短时间内使用是安全的。 OBJECTIVE To investigate the state of contamination that dispensing syringes used.To determine the storage life and applicability of unsealed syringes.METHODS Totally 700 syringes used in 10 clinical departments of our hospital were randomly divided into two groups:one for dispensing antibiotic solutions and the other for non-antibiotic solutions.Samples from the unsealed syringes were collected,cultured and evaluated every one hour for identification of bacteria.RESULTS Negative bacterial cultures were obtained during the initial 4 hours in the groups of dispensing antibiotic and non-antibiotic solution.The positive rates(5,6 and 7h) were respectively 2.00%,8.00% and 22.56%(P0.05) in the group of dispensing antibiotic vs 28.00%,40.45% and 62.00%,in group of non-antibiotic solutions(P0.05).CONCLUSIONS The relationship between the effective storage life of dispensing syringes and bacterial contamination is obvious.Syringes should be used within short time after unsealing.
