摘要
宫颈癌是危害女性健康的第二大癌症。疫苗是预防疾病最经济有效的方法之一。病毒样颗粒疫苗是目前宫颈癌预防性疫苗的主要形式。此类疫苗是通过基因工程技术表达并纯化后获得。然而,该疫苗的开发涉及到表达系统的选择、基因序列的选择、纯化工艺的选择以及稳定性等诸多问题。此文就这些方面的相关研究进展做一论述。
Cervical cancer is the second largest cancer which threatens women's health. Vaccine is the most effective and economical method to prevent the disease. Virus-like particle vaccine is the main type of prophylactic vaccines against cervical cancer. Such vaccine is developed by genetic engineering technique, which involves the choices of expression systems, gene sequences and purification process, stability, and many other issues. In this paper, research progress in these areas is discussed.
