摘要
目前国内冷轧平整机工作辊弯辊控制系统大多数采取了整套引进的做法,其设备和运行维护费用较高,因此形成具有企业自主知识产权的技术,降低设备和运行维护成本,是国内钢铁企业所必需面临和解决的课题。对弯辊系统进行了国产化应用研究,分别建立了伺服放大器、伺服阀、阀控非对称缸以至电液伺服控制系统的数学模型,并进行仿真研究分析,仿真研究结果证明所设计的控制系统数学模型是正确可行的。
At present,the roll bending control system for work roll of cold rolled tem-per mill in China is almost introduced abroad,so the cost of equipment and maintenance is very high.The task that iron and steel enterprises in China face is to form technique with independent intellectual property rights of enterprises and to reduce the cost of equipment and maintenance.The sinicization study of the roll bending system was conducted.The mathematical models for servo amplifier,servo valve,valve-controlled dissymmetrical cylinder and the electric-hydraulic servo control system are established respectively.Simulation study and analysis for the models were carried out.The study results prove that the designed mathematical model for the control system is feasible.
