磁共振成像在关节软骨病变中的应用进展 被引量:2

摘要 关节软骨是维持关节正常功能的重要组织结构,清楚显示关节软骨病变以及发现早期软骨病损具有重要的临床意义。以往认为梯度回波序列是显示关节软骨的最佳序列,但最新研究认为驱动平衡傅立叶转换成像、平衡式稳态自由进动序列、三维快速梯度回波水激励序列,尤其是关节软骨生理成像是发现软骨早期病损的重要方法。现对以上关节软骨的成像方法的原理及其应用予以综述。 Articular cartilage is an important tissue for maintaining the normal joint function.How to demonhstrate the lesion of articular cartilage clearly and discover the early small focus of infection in it posses great clinical value.The gtadient echo sequence used to be regared as the excellent one for demonstrate the articular cartilage,but recent study show that the DEFT、bSSFP and 3D-FFE-WATS,especially the physological imaging are the importa methods for disgovering the early lesion of the articular cartilage.This article reviews the above methods about theirs principles and applications.
