主要以一测试件为例,对其进行分析,确定最佳工艺方案,设计模具结构,制造后并进行试模。在试模过程中,制件出现拉裂现象,经2次修模后,生产出合格制件。
Taking a test-piece as an example, it the structure of the injection mold was designed. was analyzed. The optimum process was defined and The mold was tried after manufacturing. Product was cracked when trying and the qualified products were produced after mold was repared twice.
