摘要
在动态而复杂的网络环境下,企业管理人员制定竞争战略时面临着越来越多的新挑战,单一地利用外部环境模型或者内部资源基础模型都无法准确地帮助他们进行动态战略分析。文章以一种动态和整合的视角,通过对目前主流竞争战略的逻辑整合,构建了网络环境下的企业竞争战略范式,并针对网络环境的具体特点,设计了相应的竞争战略。
In the dynamic and complex network environment,enterprise managers faced more and more new challenges when they formulate the competitive strategies.The single used of external environment model or internal resource model cannot help them carry out the dynamic strategic analysis accurately.With a dynamic and integrated perspective,this paper combines the current mainstream competitive strategy logically and constructs the enterprise competition strategy paradigm in the network environment.In allusion to the specific characteristics of the internet,the author presents the corresponding competitive strategy.
