摘要
中国东盟战略的实施,为广西人才资源的开发带来了前有未有的机遇,而南宁高新区的地缘、人才资源政策和人才培养体制机制等优势更是为其在人才的开发培养中赢得了先机。文章认为,南宁高新区应通过利用中国东盟战略制度优势构建与东盟各国的人才交流合作机制,整合区内和东盟两个区域的教育资源提高人才开发培养水平,推进人才小高地建设培养特色重点产业高层次人才等途径,为促进南宁高新技术产业发展和广西经济实现新跨越提供强有力的人才支撑。
The implement of the China-ASEAN strategy brings opportunities for the development of the human resources in Guangxi.In the human resources development,Nanning Hi-tech Zone enjoys the advantages of favorable geography position,talent policies and talent cultivation system.This paper considers that Nanning Hi-tech Zone should establish a cooperation mechanism with ASEAN for human resources exchange and integrate the talents both in China and ASEAN to improve the level of human resources,and attracts high level talents so as to promote the hi-tech industries development and the prosperity of Guangxi economy.
