摘要
介绍了激光淬火提高曲轴抗磨损、抗疲劳性的强化机理、激光处理工艺及方式、方法,讨论了激光淬火强化效果的影响,总结并分析了强化效果。结果表明:在优化的工艺条件下,激光淬火不仅提高了曲轴的耐磨性和抗疲劳性,而且还延长了其使用寿命。
The strengthening mechanisms of laser quenching for improving wear resistance and fatigue resistance of ductile iron crankshaft were introduced.The processing processes and methods were also analyzed.The effects of laser quenching strengthening effectiveness were summarized.The results show that under the conditions of optimum process,the wearresistance and fatigue resistance improve and the worklift of crankshaft can be prolonged.
