摘要
测试性是系统能够及时准确地确定其状态并隔离其内部故障的一种设计特性。系统测试性设计是否符合要求需要进行分析和评估,而基于模型的分析方法由于其所具有的优势被广泛应用于系统的测试性分析。考虑到电子系统测试性的特殊需求,为提高现代电子系统测试性分析的能力,采用多信号流图模型与功能、故障模式相结合的表示方法,建立了一种针对电子系统的测试性模型——ESTIM,该模型以原理图为依据,在描述方法上与电子系统的EDA软件相融合,易于实现电子系统测试性分析和相关参数计算,是电子系统测试性研究与分析的一个有用的工具。并通过对数字式气压高度表的测试性分析实例,说明了ESTIM的应用方法。
The testability is a design feature of system,which can ascertain the state and insolate the interior fault of the system.Whether the system testing design meets the requirements should be analyzed and evaluated.The analytical method based on model is widely used because of its advantages in system testing analysis.According the requirement of the testability in electronic system,to improve the ability of testing analysis in modern electronic system,combining with Multi-signal Flow Graph model and function and failure mode,a testability model for electronic,ESTIM,is proposed. According to schematic,ESTIM model is compatible with EDA software,and is prone to accomplish the testability analysis and acquire the testability parameters.It’s a useful tool of testing research and analysis in electronic system.And illustrated the application method of ESTIM by analyzing the example of the digital pressure altimeter.
