摘要
通过不同温度下向渣油中加入不同数量的单质硫,研究温度、时间、硫的添加量对改性沥青性质软化点的影响。研究发现,在低温下硫作为一种小分子物质使软化点降低,高温时硫与渣油发生化学反应导致软化点增加,在本项研究范围内,温度越高,硫与渣油发生化学反应的速率越快。
By sulphur reacting with vacuum distilled residua at individually temperature, this paper has given results of effect of time, temperature and amount of sulphur on softening point of bituminous binder. It has shown that oftening point of modified bituminous material decreased with the addition of sulphur at low temperature for sulphur acting as a low mocular; and increased at high temperature for residue reacting with sulphur. Within our study, the higher temperature is, the more rapid of reaction rate between residue and sulphur is.
